Additionally, a segment discussing the transformation of Gaza into a « Côte d’Azur, » as suggested by Donald Trump, raised eyebrows due to a lack of sensitivity towards the plight of Gaza’s residents. Franceinfo condemned this segment as « inappropriate » and acknowledged the damage done to its credibility. The Society of Journalists at Franceinfo lamented the erosion of public trust and called for significant actions to address these lapses. In response, Kara announced new protocols involving double validation of content to enhance oversight.
